Daily Mindfulness Lab

May 11, 2020

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Sometimes we don't know what questions we should be asking ourselves. We leave it to the mind to help us get by. And when has that ever gone awry? Jokes aside, slowing down to ask ourselves the larger questions is often avoided. Considering the "bigger questions" can help us begin to regain some control in life.

.

To guide your journey along, I’ve compiled a list of 25 questions to help your self-reflection within – to disrupt and decondition the unhelpful patterns that have kept you entangled in stress and other unpleasant emotions.

.

The following 25 "Quarantine Questions" are intended to help you open up to the present moment, get in contact with a deeper sense of self, and move past needless reason-giving. They're an invitation to change your behaviors in a way that’s in line with what matters to you.
